Many users complaints about the interfering with specific applications that launch internet
links. The iOS 9.3 stability issue shown up to affect the Messages, Mail, Safari and other third-party browser like the Google Chrome.

The user using the handle “Agathorn” posted in Cupertino’s support forum, complaining that they could “no longer click on search links from Google” but not to cellular country complaints. The issue, they mentioned, continued also after restarting the affected application as well as rebooting the iPhone 6. Additionally, long-pressing the URL to open it in a new tab appeared to work.

Other discovered switching off JavaScript helps, while other demand that nothing can be done right up until Apple releases a public resolve. Through a posted discussion with support team over the weekend, user “JohnUKDevon” exposed that Cupertino is informed of the problem. 

The company mentioned that “Apple is working extremely hard to release an update to resolve this issue.” Without telling any additional information, the message guaranteed that "this is Apple's No. 1 priority at this time," and a fix should be available "very soon."
